Improve the knowledge, skills and capacity of an experienced and WorkCover NSW accredited RTW Coordinator to facilitate an effective RTW process for more complex cases.

Who Should Attend

Experienced Return to Work Coordinators and for those who have previously completed a WorkCover Return-to Work Coordinator Course.

Learning Outcomes

• Understand the roles and responsibilities of the key players in the Workcover scheme according to the law

• Gain essential knowledge and strategies for troubleshooting suitable duties

• Identify issues of managing complex cases

• Understand the guide for making case management decisions

• List the key components of negotiation and identify strategies for managing workplace conflict.

• Identify and apply problem solving strategies using case studies

Award

Participants who successfully complete the course by demonstrating competency during individual and group activities will receive a WorkCover Statement of Attendance

Proof of Identity

Proof of identification must be shown to the trainer before the course commences. Minimum requirements are NSW Drivers Licence or NSW Photo ID less than two years old, plus a Medicare Card and a current Credit Card.
