The new Fair Work IR system is now fully operational and means that significant changes NOW APPLY to employers in NSW.
These changes include:

Prior to the introduction of Modern Awards from 1 January 2010 the Chamber serviced around 350 Federal and State Awards. Under the Modern Award system the Chamber is providing services on over 60 Modern Awards and answering over 20,000 phone calls on award matters annually. Greg has also been closely involved in the development and delivery of Government funded Educational Programs in the Fair Work system by the Chambers around Australia, including 64 seminars here in NSW attended by nearly 3,000 people.
