The Illawarra Business Chamber is governed by a Board of Directors.
The Board consists of Directors elected by members at the AGM in November each year. In addition, the Board consists of a Director appointed by the NSW Business Chamber, as well as a representative of each of the Shoalhaven & Southern Highlands local government areas.
