An opportunity has become available for an Administration Assistant to join a busy, successful Recruitment company in Surry Hills.

The purpose of this role is to provide assistance and support to the Executive Assistant to the Director, Recruitment Solutions. The role will require you to provide assistance and support to the Recruitment Solutions business unit.

Your key responsibilities will include:

·         Administration support to the EA, which include diary management, travel plans and schedule, handling of incoming/outgoing correspondence and meeting preparation
·         Liaise with and assist Director, Recruitment Solutions direct reports with travel bookings, which includes on-hire nurse travel
·         Handling of incoming/outgoing correspondence
·         Screen telephone calls
·         Schedule meetings, follow up where necessary
·         Meeting preparation
·         Maintain Tender Library
·         Maintain Risk Register
·         Manage staff listing ensuring birthdays & anniversaries, staff movements are captured.
·         Accounts payable – process invoices particularly for marketing & those managers without admin support
·         Support the E.A in planning & managing for mid year managers conference
·         Support the E.A in planning & managing logistics for Christmas conferences
