Australian Business Consulting & Solutions (ABCS) forms part of the commercial arm of the NSW Business Chamber. As a not-for-profit body, the revenue they produce is used by the Chamber to support our members.

Established in 1996, ABCS helps businesses in the areas of Marketing, Workplace Health and Safety, People, Business Growth and International Trade.

Their combination and integrated use of award-winning online products with their team of industry experts, provide business leaders with cost-effective, efficient and timely solutions to assist in business compliance, efficiency and growth.

Within ABCS, the marketing agency, Marketing Success is headed up by Laila Hage-Ali and has been in operation for over eight years. The team of marketing consultants work across the board in the realms of offline, online and design to provide a full service offering to businesses across Australia.

With a solid understanding of the tourism industry, Marketing Success works with tourism businesses of all sizes and sectors to help them maximise their potential. Some of the services available to operators include:
  • Delivering Content and Capability Building Workshops specifically for businesses within the visitor economy
  • Website Health Check - a low cost diagnostic tool to help busineses assess the performance of their website to increase traffic, target the right audience and improve customer experience
  • Judging and mentoring the NSW Tourism Awards
