All regions and roads lead to the Chamber’s State Business Awards in November – will you be there for the spectacle?

With the countdown to the announcement of the NSW Business Chamber State Business Awards on November 25 in full swing, regional winners from across the state are weighing themselves up against the competition.

SynFlyt set a high cross-bar
Up for the prestigious 2016 Business of the Year award is SynFlyt, which took out the title in the recent Sydney South Eastern Business Awards.

The brainchild of Ross Maclennan, SynFlyt was formed in 2011 to develop, commercialise and manufacture a low cost, compact, flight simulator aimed at the general aviation training industry. The simulator was designed and developed around a user pays model where the company can offer flying schools of any size and in any location access to a fully featured motion simulator on a zero cost placement basis.

While still a young company, SynFlyt is already tipped for a big future, winning the Outstanding Start up Award at the Endeavour Awards, and gaining sponsorship and exhibition space on the NSW Government stand at CeBIT. SynFlyt has also been invited to exhibit along with the NSW Government at the Avalon Air Show 2017 Victoria.

Winning the State Business of the Year 2016 award will only add further weight and credibility to an innovative business already headed for success.
